We switch your shelter to PRO for 12 months: a 5% fee instead of 8% and no monthly charge. Your donation page and fundraising goals work without streaming — share the link in your VK group, Telegram channel or on your website.
12 months of PRO, free
PRO normally costs 500 ₽ a month. We turn it on for shelters free for a year and extend it on request via the support chat in your dashboard while the shelter keeps working.
A 5% fee instead of 8%
We keep 5% of every donation, as on any PRO account. On the Basic plan it would be 8%.
Withdraw to a card or via SBP
Once you're verified, withdraw to a card or via SBP, Russia's Faster Payments System. On PRO a withdrawal takes up to 24 hours.
An address like donatty.com/dobryhvost. Put it in your VK group, your Telegram channel or on the shelter's website. People can give with a Russian bank card, a Mir card or via SBP.
You can add an avatar, a cover, a description of the shelter and links to your socials.
Set up a goal — say, “Food for November”, 30,000 ₽. A bar appears on the page showing how much is raised and how much is needed. You can run several goals, and people choose which one to support.
Goals are created in the dashboard: “Виджеты” → “Сбор средств” (Widgets → Fundraising). Turn on “Постоянная цель” (permanent goal) so the goal stays on the page all the time, not only during a stream.
If a streamer wants to support you, give them the link to your fundraising or alert widget. They add it to OBS and show viewers your donation page. Donations go straight to the shelter and appear on the stream.
Widgets are a bonus. You don't need them to raise funds.

In “Финансы” (Finance) press “Идентифицировать” (Verify). In the “Основной канал” (main channel) step give the shelter's website, group or channel, and in “Расскажите о себе” (about you) write that you are an animal shelter.

We check the shelter and switch on PRO for 12 months. If we need more details, we'll write to the contacts you leave.
What does it cost?
There's no monthly charge: we switch PRO on free for 12 months. We keep a 5% fee from each donation to pay the payment systems and run the service. There are no other fees on donations.
What happens after 12 months?
Write to us in the support chat in the dashboard and, if the shelter is still running, we'll extend PRO. It doesn't renew by itself: without an extension the account moves to the Basic plan with an 8% fee. Your donation page and goals keep working.
How do we withdraw?
Get verified first — until then donations come in but can't be withdrawn. Withdraw to a card or via SBP; on PRO it takes up to 24 hours. Withdrawals from 10,000 ₽ are free, smaller ones cost 40 ₽. Every withdrawal goes through a fraud check, and sometimes we ask questions.
We don't stream. Is this for us?
Yes. The donation page and goals work without streams — a link on your socials or website is enough. You only need OBS and widgets if streamers help you.
Who can join?
Animal shelters. We check every application by hand, using the shelter's website, group or channel.
How can people donate?
With Russian bank cards, Mir cards and via SBP. Foreign cards are not accepted. The limit is 1,000,000 ₽ in donations a month.
I'm a streamer. How can I help a shelter?
Send the shelter a link to this page — it has to join on its own. Don't collect money for the shelter on your own card: ask the shelter for its widget link and show viewers its donation page. That way the money goes straight to the shelter.
